My three year old has had temps of 38.4 and up for 2 days now. alternating panado and neurofen and used an empaped last night. had grommets a week ago and check up at ent this week so ears are good. nose a bit runny but nothing bad. 5ml- 12kgs?

Comfort: Fever is the bodies natural response to illness. It drives up the heart rate so healing factors in the blood circulate faster. I see little benefit to treating low grade fever. Comfort care with simple feeds & fluids is the main treatment.
