I have terrible pain in my left ankle. this has been for a few days. i never injured the ankle at all. the pain moves into my calf muscle?

Please get evaluated: With continued pain that is not improved with conservative management. Further evaluation is necessary. The differential includes possible stress fracture, gout, arthritis flare up, blood clot, tendonitis etc. A thorough physical examination and possible imaging will be able to narrow this down.
