I had an echocardiogram and the right ventricle was not "well visualized". there was no report on it. why would that happen and what should happen?

There are lots of: reasons that the right ventricle may not have been well visualized and the most likely is your body habitus (that means your size and anatomic configuration) as well as your lung position with respect to the heart. Unless you have a specific cardiac problem it is unlikely to be of any significance. I doubt anything else needs to be done. Trust your health care provider to decide what else to do.
