Complicated : To understand a report one needs to talk with one's physician. Resting wall motion abnormalities means areas of the heart are damaged and not contracting or squeezing normally. That is the heart "walls" are not moving correctly. Sometimes this can cause the wall inside the heart that separates the right and left side to "bulge". Impaired filling means the heart does not "relax" normally.

Aneurism: Sounds like it may be an aneurism. Wma may need addittional testing with stress test. I would have cardiologist order tee before stress test after which an exercise or Lexiscan stress could be done.

Abnormal echo: The left ventricle abnormalities need to be further analyzed. Hypertension can cause abnormal diastolic filling pressures, and so can other conditions that alter the flexibility of the cardiac muscle fibers. The septal bulge is a concerning finding and you should see your cardiologist to determine what other treatment may be necessary.
