Nsaids: Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis)can be quite painful.It can occur without cause(idiopathic)or more commonly , secondary to impingement/rot. Cuff pain .Nsaids and physical therapy are the mainstay of initial treatment.... If pain worsens an intraarticular injection can be helpful. Arthroscopic surgery( capsulotomy) w/ tx.Of underlying pathology can be performed if above fails. Gl!
