Shoulder pain: Use some ice and OTC pain killers and see an orthopedic surgeon.

No, sorry, but w/o..: ...more history, I can't tell you what might be the cause and without knowing the cause, I couldn't recommend a treatment. One thing that concerns me is that you have diabetes and. along with that, an increased risk of heart problems. Rarely, angina (even a heart attack) can cause shoulder pain. Please see a doctor!
