It should be super--: Vised by your local orthopod, as it can take a long while. Nsaids, pt with passive rom exercises under pt supervision ; to monitor your progress, steroids injections might be useful. Manipulation of the joint under anesthetic might be needed. Scope surgery might be required, if nothing else works. See your orthopod, good luck.

Physical therapy, : Most times aggressive physical therapy is the first line treatment for frozen shoulder(also known as adhesive capsulitis). Sometimes a cortisone injection is helpful. If physical therapy does not improve the motion then an outpatient surgery can be performed called manipulation under anesthesia. The physician can move the frozen shoulder while the patient is under general anesthesia.
