Diabetes type 2: There are no guarantees but you are on the right track. Ask your doctor about a low carb diet. Carbs turn into surgery. When they are lowered weight loss is easier. Add good fat such as coconut oil and natural peanut butter to helps you feel full and your body will burn fat rather than sugar. Peace and good health.
