Acute sinusitis: or maybe something else, if you can't reach a doctor right now, use pain killers, decongestants as pseudoephedrine, (e.g. Sudafed) but read the labels carefully, and check your blood pressure if you can, local decongestants as oxymetazoline (e.g. Afrin), also read the labels, and try to see your doctor asap, if not go to urgent care or ER, good luck
