Anger: You have a number of options. If you have difficulty expressing your anger in a healthy way- consider anger managment classes. If you if is part of a major mental health disorder - get evaluated. Once better understood, it can be determined if you would benefit from cognitive behavioral therapy, medications, relaxation techniques etc. The worst thing you can do with your anger is to stuff it.

ANGER: Anger may be a symptom of Depression. 1st have a physical exam to rule out physical illness. The most complete evaluation for medication is with a Psychiatrist. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help with ZOOM.com sessions to find better coping mechanisms for dealing with depression. There is extra anxiety due to covid 19- stay safe, cautious & hold onto hopefulness.
