Talk with someone: I suggest first talking with someone -- possibly a psychologist -- about your stress and anger so you can learn more about why you feel this way. There may be lifestyle changes that could be helpful to you. Make sure you're not using stimulants or intoxicating (disinhibiting) substances which can worsen stress & anger. Regular aerobic exercise can be a helpful stress release valve for many.
