Sinus: Symptomatic care includes nasal saline, NSAID, and decongestant. If persistent symtptoms and fever then antibitotic may help.

DecongestantSteroids: You can try oral decongestants like sudafed in appropriate dosage and over the counter steroid nasal sprays like flonase and others.It will help but if it does not help,consult your doctor
