I have been taking 15mg of mertazapine or remron for the last year and a half and it has worked very well for me but about two weeks ago i started getting panic attacks and noticed my anxiety rising and my horrible ocd thoughts started to stick ?

Add cbt : Drugs together with psychotherapy primarily cognitive behavioral with insight work better than drugs alone. Speak to your prescriber. Also Mirtazapine may need increased dose.
