Anxious/Depressed: Talk to your doctor about your symptoms. There are many other Antidepressants that can help your Depression plus anxiety.

Many options.: It seems that mirtazapine is insufficently treating your depression and anxiety. It is not uncommon for one medicine to not fully treat. Your options include raising the dose, adding a medicine, substituting a medicine, or forms of psychotherapy. You need to consult with your psychiatirst to determine which route is right for you.
