I have been suffering with constant headache and pressure/pain behind my left eye and down my face, blurry vision and spaced out for nearly a year now. after a mri scan they discovered a 2cm cyst on my left maxillary sinus. could this be the cause?

Possibly: A cystic lesion in the sinus can alter and block the natural production and elimination of fluids in the sinus. this could increase pressure in the sinus. You should have an ENT doctor examine you to determine the relationship of the cyst and the discomfort you are experiencing.
