See rhuematologist.: Increased uptake on bone scan in that many joints is concerning. Is there a family history of arthritis? Since you are on plaquenil, someone thinks you have rhuematologic arthritis. Your doctor should be able to tell you whether you need to find a different career. Find out sooner, rather than later.
