I fell down steps 1m ago landed on my elbow and backside of hip. huge bruise been hurting ever since. found lump between back bone and top of hip ?

Sounds like a hema--: Toma (collection of blood) from a burst vessel or due to a ruptured muscle, which are commoner than a fracture, ligament/tendon tears, etcc. Your symptoms should be getting better generally. Hot pack 3 times a day with pain meds would help, as well as pt with strengthening exercises. I hope you saw your pcp or an orthopod, to ensure you don't have a fx.
