What pain medication is best for wound and stitches healing? and is "apligraf" something i can buy from dischem?

Wound healing: I'm not familiar with pain medication helping with wound healing. They might help you to tolerate the pain of an open wound. Secondly, I'm not familiar with apligraf being sold from a pharmacy since you need to be familiar with how to apply it.
