Nose problem : not completely sure what is occurring but likely is an area of slow bleeding within your nose that is dripping a small amount. You should have the inside of your nose examined by a board certified otolaryngologist (ENT).

Sinus infection?: If the coloration is usually orange and especially you have a headache at the right side, I would suspect that sinusitis is the cause. Did you catch you cold about 10-14 days prior to this occurrence?
