ENT: This could represent a CSF leak, in which case a ENT and neurosurgeon may need to work together to treat the problem. It is also possible that the drainage is just very clear sinus drainage, in which case a neurosurgeon would not need to be involved. See an ENT and have an exam and have the fluid tested for beta 2 transferrin which is only found in CSF.

Difficult to tell: Is her leaking associated with any symptoms? Has she had trauma to the area? Rarely, spinal fluid can leak out of the nose although this is unlikely. Get your wife to see a doctor for a proper evaluation.
