Headache: What you are describing is more than likely sinusitis and OTC remedies like nasal saline may be beneficial at night to prevent the headache in the morning. If the headaches are waking you up because they are so severe and relieved by getting up or if nose is leaking water "like a faucet" in particular positions it is time to see a doctor. Progressive worsening headaches should also be seen by MD
