Facial water drip: I assume from your post that water ISN'T really dripping down your face, nor is it dripping out of your eyes, nose or ears. It's unusual for such symptoms to be a sign of a real physical (i.e., not psychiatric) problem. You should see your doctor for a thorough history & careful physical examination.
