Just a thought: but this pain which sound like "nerve pain" may originate from a pinched nerve in your LOWER NECK! (C6-C7) level or upper back C 7-T1 Ask your Primary Health Care Provider if this is possible and an in person visit may be helpful! Just a thought, hope it helps! Dr Z
