Probably nothing: could be just a difference in size of your musculature. Can you see it in the mirror? Is this new or old, painful or painless?? Anyway, I would recommend having your doc check it out.

I'm just curious I had covid back in March. Within weeks I noticed mild dysphagia(feels like a piece of bread stuck one side) and a nodule on left side of neck/throat within last 4 days. Even with a fam history of thyroidism. Could covid be the cause?
