My sister has asthma and she told me that it is always disturbing her. does asthma have any cure? what cause it and what's the solution please?

Further evaluation.: The occurrence of shortness of breath with activity and worsening on lying down does raise the possibility of a cardiac abnormality. The sudden onset is not typical of asthma especially if not accompanied by wheezing. The most prudent approach would be further evaluation by her physician and referral to a specialist if recommended by the physician.
