Your kid will be ok: I'm assuming this was prescribed for some reason but either way any dose of fluticasone just once is unlikely to have deleterious effect. Nasal sprays, in general, should be avoided in kids if not prescribed. Decongestant sprays are addicting and cause worsening symptoms over time. Steroids such as fluticasone, disrupt hormonal balances and normal adrenal function if used regularly .
