Not necessary. : You can or cannot use mouthwash following the use of this nasal spray. Flonase, a common brand, is a steroid that helps with nasal allergies. It has no significant effect or complication dentally. Some oral inhalant use for asthma has resulted in yeast infections. Use of mouthwash is your choice, not required or needed.
