Tonsils: Hello, your child is using a steroid nasal spray and this spray would have little relationship to the tonsil size. Adenoid tissue is in the back part of the nose. Indications for the spray would be to help reduce inflammation in the nasal cavity. Enlarged adenoids are often times the cause for nasal blockage. Talk to your ENT to see why the tonsils need to be removed. I suspect obstruction.
