Fluticasone nasal spray has mentioned dosage of 2 puffs in each nostril. some of the liquid always goes in my throat or drips and falls out of the nose . is it safe if i do 3-4 sprays per nostril to compensate for this loss of medication?

This is normal. Probably no "loss" is occurring and the standard dose probably will still be effective, i.e. plenty of the product remains where it needs to be and additional sprays probably would be an overdose.
