It depends : Usually what your taking about will require a tummy tuck. There are option such as thermage, coolsculpting, and others that may help. Creams and potions have not proven to be effective, so save your money and go see a plastic surgeon.

Body contouring.: Most often to perform body contouring procedures the excess tissue has to be surgically removed. There are some exceptions but they are rare. Seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Most surgeons would want you to be 1 year out from your delivery prior to surgery.
