It Depends: There are 2 plastic surgery procedures that may or may not remove stretch marks depending on the specifics of your case. A dermolipectomy (aka panniculectomy) removes loose skin and a tummy tuck removes loose skin and tightens muscle. It is impossible to say what might or might not help online, you would need to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine your best options.
