Not the Wheat: You are probably coming down with a virus. Fever will cause you to sweat. Aching muscles are also seen with the flu. Wheat or reducing the gluten in your diet will not cause symtoms like this. See a doctor to make sure you don't have an infection some where causing the sweating.
