Unclear but: Things to consider include colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable colon, appendicitis, gall bladder, or kidney stones. You did not indicate what was the MRI for. If abdominal imaging was done and was unremarkable, you may need to see a gastroenterologist who may do a colonoscopy.
