Wheat Thins not best: It's all relative. Wheat thins are high-carb foods rich in gluten, which is pro-inflammatory & stimulates appetite. They contain soybean oil & high fructose corn syrup which are likely from gmo sources & thus best avoided! hummus is a fairly healthy food choice. I would keep the hummus & choose healthier crackers-i like mary's gone crackers which are organic, gluten-free with seeds & healthy fats.
