Dry skin,nerve: Very dry skin can be associated with itching. Prominent tingling suggests a nerve impingement or inflammation type neuropathy. To relieve dry skin apply something like alpha keri lotion while your skin is wet. If tingling or other neurological symptoms become prominent, an evaluation by a neurologist is recommended.
