Evaluation: It sounds like you already saw an Obgyn. No reason to be scared. Ask the doctor about the sonogram findings and if anything needs to be done. Since the lining was thick they may want to do a specialized sonogram called a sonoystogram to evaluate. They may want to discuss treatment options for heavy periods.
