Cyst popped or period? one day i had sharp pain for 2 hrs and started bleeding for only 3 days but my period is usually 5-6 days with cramps?

Most likely period: Since u also have acid reflux, that could give u pain in the abdominal area. Could have been a cyst. Do u have hx of poly cystic ovaries? Either way, i would not be concerned unless u get recurrence. Then discuss w/gyno. Concern about u taking 2 nsaids w/hx of acid reflux.
