Ct of abdomen and pelvis wo contrast on 8/1. it shows a mildly enlarged mesenteric lymph node on the right on image 80 measuring about 10 mm in greatest short axis dimension i had prk right eye surgery on 6/23 but no infections. lymphoma concern?

A short axis node of 10 mm isn't considered abnormal. There apparently are no other findings to suggest intraabdominal pathology. I assume your physical examination is normal. Your physician can advise you best,however.
