Possibly: The B blocker part of sotalol blocks the adrenaline a little bit so can cause anxiety like symptoms or may in fact unmask an underlying anxiety. Options are to stay on original dose vs change to a different B blocker vs explore anxiety treatment options with GP if relevant. So a GP consult here will be helpful to work out what best.
