Ask your GP: I'm a GP. Usually we get given instructions from the cardiologist or if we don't we'll ask one as this can be a fairly technical area and a little bit individualised depending on original rhythm problem and previous treatments etc. Worth checking with your GP they are likely to have a plan from the cardiologist.

Reducing sotalol: Your reducing dose is individualised based upon your symptoms over time. There is no rush to reduce quickly. Monitor your symptoms and if you feel dizzy / tired/ faint, then you should see your GP to check your pulse and BP
