Tired: You may still be recovering from the procedure. You don't say what your blood pressure is. I would make sure you are drinking enough water. I would definitely follow up with cardiology as you might need medication adjustment. Follow up with your primary care physician to assess other possibilities such as your thyroid. 7 weeks is not a long time you may just need time and maybe Cardiac Rehab.

See Cardiologist.: Unfortunately, cardiac ablation procedures are ny no means definitive, nor are results always permanent. Your brief blackout could have been related to a heart rhythm disturbance. Or your BP could be too low because of the Sotalol. Regardless, you need to see the Cardiologist again very soon.
