Chest symptoms?: CAD-chest pain with or without radiation to the arms, shorthenss of breath, sweating. Asthma is cough shortness of breath and wheezing, worse at night. Bronchitis is a catch all diagnosis that may mean anything from a cold to an infection of the lungs with cough and sputum, shortness of breath, fever.
