Chest symptoms?: CAD-chest pain with or without radiation to the arms, shorthenss of breath, sweating. Asthma is cough shortness of breath and wheezing, worse at night. Bronchitis is a catch all diagnosis that may mean anything from a cold to an infection of the lungs with cough and sputum, shortness of breath, fever. These are very simplistic answers, if concerned see your doctor for an evaluation.

Wheezing and cough: CAD generally means Coronary Artery Disease, the cause of heart attacks. Bronchitis is a viral infection of the airways in the lungs with cough and mucus production. Asthma is associated with reversible blockage of lung airways. Common symptoms are chest tightness, wheezing, cough and shortness of breath.
