Maybe: Exertional shortness of breath with a lesser degree of exertion could be copd, but could also be asthma, or due to coronary artery disease.

Both: Sob may be due to both heart and lung problems. You can feel sob instead of chest pain in cad. The best way to make a diagnosis is to get the heart checked first using exercise test and echo. If negative you can have pulmonary function studies.
