A member asked:

Is it normal to have ight ovary 4.5x3.4x2.1cm and left 2.6x2.4x1.6 cm and endometrial stripe 1.4 cm?

Ultrasound measures: These measurements probably were taken by an ultrasound device, and represent probably a pre-ovulation time in your cycle. The ovary which will produce the egg will be larger than the other, and the endometrial stripe is normal for pre-ovulatory dimensions.

Well, you can see: that the right ovary seems to be a little bit bigger than the left. The left ovary dimensions are fully within the normal range; the right is a little bit large in the width dimension (3.4 cm:normal is 1.5-3) and in thickness (2.1 cm:normal is 0.5-1.5). Similarly, the endometrial stripe is a little thick (upper limit of normal usually is 1.1 cm). All this suggests need for good evaluation with GYN
