No: a hysteroscopy and polypectomy doesn't cause scar tissue that would complicate a future pregnancy. Polyps can cause problems getting and maintaining a pregnancy, so the procedure may decrease your risks of complications with your next pregnancy. You will probably handle the procedure just fine.
