32 male today ive had aching and sore weird tender feeling in my right top deltoid and a little bit of my bicep? is it to concerned ?

If no trauma: occurred the it could be referred pain from your neck ("radiculopathy") pinched nerve at the C6-C7 level which could be from the way you SLEPT last night! Try sleeping WITHOUT a pillow and apply heat to the back of your neck/upper back! Hope this helps! Dr Z
