See an allergist: for uncontrollable hay fever (allergic rhinitis) symptoms, meanwhile saline nasal washes, regular OTC cetirizine, loratadine or fexofenadine, and steroid nasal spray, but read the labels carefully. Check aaaai.org it acaai.org for an allergist in your area, best wishes
