I would interpret: these tests as: 1) you have had hepatitis A: reactive hepatitis A AB/antibody. This form of hepatitis is transmitted as a result of "fecal/oral" contamination or poor hygiene associated with toileting practices. You may have never known you were sick. The RPR is a test for syphilis but a titer of only 1:1 is very low. It may be a false positive--no conclusions about prior or current infection.
