No: One would have died of rabies long ago. If one gets infected with rabies, she has an incubation period of about 2 weeks to 3 months, in which she shows no symptoms. When symptoms begin, she will feel some flu-like symptoms for a few days to a week. Then comes the bad brain symptoms, with some erratic violent behavior plus foaming at the mouth, and death some days later from paralysis and coma.
