Rabies post exposure treatment is possible after 17 to 18 years or not?

Why ????: There are a variety of reasons the rabies Immune Globulin may or may not be recommended along with the vaccine. Reactions to both require caution, but administration if the animal is found to be rabid is recommended as soon as possible. Human incubation averages 4-6 weeks, with death the expected outcome. Discuss this with your doc. I fail to see any reason for treatment.
